How to book?​

Please book 2-6 weeks in advance.​

How to pay?​

Once the date is confirmed, the HICC Pet showroom team will send you the PAYNOW QR code or the company’s bank information via WhatsApp or email.For company clients, we can issue invoices.​

Do you provide food?​

HICC Pet Showroom offers complimentary water and tea, but does not provide food for humans or pets. You can arrange a potluck or the catering.

Is the showroom open to the public during my party?​

Only the reception area is open to walk-in clients; the rest of the showroom is exclusive for your party.

How to park?

Bathroom info​

For pets, we have two gardens: one located in front of the showroom and another just behind it. At Marina One Garden, we have two bathrooms available for human use. Only 50 m from HICC PET Showroom.

Was lucky to have won sponsored usage of venue and treats by takipets months ago and finally got to utilise it for my dog Reumi's birthday party. Love that the venue is convenient and big enough for approx 15 medium sized dogs to run around (feels like more than 15 would be too much). There is a huge field opposite the showroom for pee poo breaks. Appreciate all the time the staff spent liaising with me on the event!

He’s friendly and clearly loves dogs, which makes the grooming experience both safe and enjoyable for my puppy, Chowder. His hand-scissoring skills are top-notch, and he always gives Chowder a fresh, stylish haircut that suits him perfectly. The shop itself is welcoming, clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff is nice and the fur cutting was smooth and professional. The price is a bit expensive but the outcome of the grooming is great. Highly recommend!
