Is the HICC Pet Club Free Membership valid for a lifetime? Can I delete my account?
Yes, it remains active which means you can always enjoy our member perks. Yes, you can delete your account by writing email to community.sg@hiccpet.com
What is the HICC Pet Showroom Event? Are these events free of charge? Can I bring my friends?
Our monthly showroom events have various subjects, such as Healthy Skin Workshop, Grooming Class 101, Pet Training Session, Vet Talk, Dress-up Party with Photo Shooting, Pet Yoga Class, etc.
It is free of charge.
Yes, you can bring your friend to come; due to limited party seats (around 40 people, 30 pets per event), please ask your friend to sign up for our free membership program.
I am not yet a pet owner, so I can’t join the HICC Pet Club (I can’t put the pet info); but may I attend your event to learn more about being a pet parent?
Yes, we give HICC Pet Club members the early sign-up, and we will continually release 5 spots for non-members. You can sign up our newsletter and follow the Instagram for the event inform.
